Join us at the Grays Harbor County Fairgrounds for our popular Swap Meets, a community marketplace where vendors and shoppers come together to buy, sell, and trade a wide variety of goods!
Event Overview
Held seasonally from October-April at the Grays Harbor County Fairgrounds, our Swap Meets provide vendors with a designated space to sell their merchandise directly to the public. Whether you're looking to find unique items or want to showcase your own, our Monthly Swap Meet is the place to be.
Vendor Information
Booth Reservations & Fees

Spaces are assigned by the County on a first-come, first-served basis.

Reservations open on the Monday after each event for the next Swap Meet.

All fees must be paid by the Friday before the event to confirm your space.

Booth fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Setup & Event Hours

Setup Days: Thursday & Friday before the event, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Event Hours:

Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
-
Sunday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
-
Vendors must be fully set up by Friday at 5:00 PM.

No early teardown is allowed. All vendors must remain open until 3:00 PM on Sunday.
Vendor Guidelines & Responsibilities

Merchandise must stay within your assigned space.

Vendors are responsible for cleaning their booth area during and after the event.

Children must be supervised at all times.
Safety & Compliance

All display materials must be fire-retardant.
-
Approved electrical equipment only (14-gauge or larger cords; UL/FM-rated multi-plug adapters with breakers).

No gasoline or propane containers allowed inside.
-
Aisles must remain clear at all times.
Prohibited Items

Grays Harbor County reserves the right to restrict or ban any items deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

Food sales are limited to off-premise consumption only and must follow County Health Department guidelines.
Additional Rules

No smoking is allowed inside the building.

Loading/unloading zones are designated near the Pavilion—vehicles may not enter the building.

Parking is allowed only in marked areas. Vendors should move their vehicles to the outer edges of the lot to make room for customers.

Grays Harbor County is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged goods.

All participation is at the vendor's own risk.

Vendors must follow all local, state, and federal laws.
