Every year the Fair Board scholarship committee awards at least one scholarship to an incoming college freshman or first year trade school apprentice. Applicants for this scholarship must have involvement in the Grays Harbor County Fair as an exhibitor with participation as either an enrolled 4-H member, FFA member, or Open Class Exhibitor OR as a Grays Harbor County Fair and Event Center volunteer.
