How to Enter an Open Class Exhibit at the 2026 Grays Harbor County Fair:

1. Review the 2026 Exhibitor Book and determine what you would like to enter. Be sure to read any department-specific requirements, entry limits, entry procedures, and entry dates.
2. Take note of the entry dates and times for your department listed in the Exhibitor Book.
3. Complete the required entry process for your department. Some departments require online entries through FairEntry, while others use paper entry forms. If your department uses a paper entry form, you may complete it ahead of time or fill it out when you arrive. New exhibitors are encouraged to complete their forms with the assistance of the department superintendent.
4. Bring your exhibit or animal to the Grays Harbor County Fairgrounds on the assigned entry day and time.
5. Deliver your exhibit or animal to the correct building, barn, or designated location as listed in the Exhibitor Book.

This year, the Grays Harbor County Fair will be using an online Animal Entry System for Open Class Exhibitors. The following departments will be required to use FairEntry to register:

• Department A – Open Class Dairy
• Department B – Open Class Beef
• Department D – Open Class Sheep & Fleeces
• Department E – Open Class Goats
• Department F – Open Class Poultry & Rabbits
