Exhibitor Entry Information

How to Enter an OPEN CLASS Exhibit at the 2025 GHC Fair:
  1. Determine what you will enter by looking through the 2025 Exhibitor Book*. Please be sure to read any special requirements, entry limits, entry days/times and other information that applies specifically to individual departments.
  2. Take note of entry days/times listed below, and in the 2025 Exhibitor Book.
  3. Fill out an entry form, if applicable. (More information can be found below, or in the 2025 Exhibitor Book)
  4. Bring your entry & entry form (if applicable) to the GHC Fairgrounds on the assigned entry day!
  5. Deliver your entry to the correct building or barn. (Listed in the Exhibitor Book)
  6. When in doubt, check the Exhibitor Book!

Congratulations! If you have completed all these steps, you have successfully entered an Open Class Exhibit in the 2025 Grays Harbor County Fair!

ANIMAL ENTRY

Animal Entry will open on Monday, June 9th and close on Monday, July 7 th. This is applicable to both FairEntry, as well as paper animal entry. Exhibitors who do not apply by July 7 th may not be accepted.

THERE WILL BE NO LIVE POULTRY AT THE 2025 FAIR!

Due to concerns of the Avian Flu, we will not be accepting live poultry entries for the 2025 Grays Harbor County Fair.

FairEntry

This year, the Grays Harbor County Fair will be using a hybrid Animal Entry System for Open Class Exhibitors. The following departments will be required to use FairEntry to register:

  • Department A – Open Class Dairy
  • Department B – Open Class Beef
  • Department D – Open Class Sheep & Fleeces
  • Department E - Open Class Goats

If the department you wish to exhibit in is not listed, you will mail in a paper copy of the animal entry form, as has been done in previous years.
