2:00 PM – Decorating Party (Dog Barn)
Meet at the Fairgrounds Dog Barn to decorate your convoy entry. The Grays Harbor Fire Association will be grilling hotdogs and hamburgers, and serving popcorn, hot cocoa, and cookies. Everyone is welcome to come early, decorate, and enjoy the holiday atmosphere.

2:00–4:00 PM – Convoy Line-Up
Line up in the main parking lot and get ready to roll!

4:00 PM – Convoy Departure
The Christmas Convoy begins its route through Elma and McCleary.
After Party – Dog Barn
After the convoy returns, head back to the Dog Barn for a festive gathering featuring:
