Exhibitor Information

How Do I Enter?

This year, the Grays Harbor County Fair will be using a hybrid Animal Entry System for Open Class Exhibitors. The following departments will be required to use FairEntry to register:

  • Department A – Open Class Dairy
  • Department B – Open Class Beef
  • Department D – Open Class Sheep & Fleeces

If the department you wish to exhibit in is not listed, you will mail in a paper copy of the animal entry form, as has been done in previous years.

If you are planning on entering Departments E, E(M), E(F), E(P), E(Q), F, or V, you may find the 2024 Animal Entry Form with instructions at:

Animal Entry will open on Friday, June 14th and close on Friday, July 19th. This is applicable to both FairEntry, as well as paper animal entry. Exhibitors who do not apply by July 19th will not be accepted.
