Dear Potential Exhibitor,

Thank you for your interest in a commercial exhibit or concession at the 2008 Grays Harbor County Fair scheduled for August 6-10. We have planned an exciting 5 days of fun and non-stop entertainment, rides, food, exhibits and more.

For your convenience we have enclosed an application for the 2008 fair. Complete the enclosed space application and return to us as soon as possible. Be sure to include photos of your booth and information regarding your product(s) and/or service(s). All submission become the property of the Grays Harbor County fair and will not be returned.

The hours for the 2008 Commercial Exhibitors and Concessions will be:

We make every effort to offer a wide variety of exhibits each year at the fair. Previous Exhibitors will be given the opportunity to return, provided fees were paid promptly and the published rules were adhered to in the past. Preference will be give to local applicants (Grays Harbor County) on a first-come, first-served basis. The commercial exhibits committee will determine specific locations of exhibitors or space after May 15. Every company/individual doing business at the Grays Harbor County Fair must have a written and signed contract with regard to their activity. All items for sale and/or display must be approved prior to fair.
