Dear Potential Exhibitor,

Thank you for your interest in a commercial exhibit or concession at the 2010 Grays Harbor County Fair scheduled for August 11-15. We have planned an exciting 5 days of fun and non-stop entertainment, rides, food, exhibits and more.

For your convenience we have enclosed an application for the 2010 fair. Complete the enclosed space application and return to us as soon as possible. Be sure to include photos of your booth and information regarding your product(s) and/or service(s). All submission become the property of the Grays Harbor County fair and will not be returned.

Hours for the 2010 Commercial Exhibitors and Concessions will be:

  • August 11 Wednesday 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM
  • August 12 Thursday 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM
  • August 13 Friday 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM
  • August 14 Saturday 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM
  • August 15 Sunday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

We make every effort to offer a wide variety of exhibits each year at the fair.  Exhibitor applications will be screened by the Fair Board Exhibitor Committee and Fair Management using established criteria.  Previous exhibitors/venders are not guaranteed acceptance. The Exhibitor Committee will also determine the location where each exhibitor/vender will be placed.  Each company/individual doing business at the Grays Harbor County Fair must have a signed contract in regard to their activity.  All items for sale and/or display must be approved prior to fair.
