ALL PASSES MUST BE PURCHASED PRIOR TO THE OPENING OF THE FAIR. Absolutely no passes will be sold after 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday.


PASSES FOR 4-H AND FFA MEMBERS AND LEADERS/ADVISORS. Only 4-H Club Leaders and FFA Chapter Advisors will be permitted to purchase passes for their enrolled members and leaders/advisors. Those persons not enrolled as members or leaders/advisors but needed by the club/chapter are eligible to purchase a Season Worker Pass for $13.00. Forms for 4-H/FFA passes will be provided to all 4-H clubs and FFA chapters. The deadline for groups purchasing passes is July 15.


PARKING: No parking will be allowed in areas other than designated parking lots. Overnight parking will be allowed only in designated areas. All trailers, including livestock and horse trailers, are to park in assigned areas only. Exhibitors trailers left in the general parking lot may forfeit their premium points. Vehicles parked in undesignated places may be towed at owners expense.

DELIVERIES: The fairgrounds will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. for delivery. All vehicles must be removed by 9:00 a.m. If a delivery must be made during the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., vehicles must park outside the gate and use hand trucks or other means to move supplies onto the fairgrounds. A short term parking space in the parking lot will be designated. Special passes for short term delivery are available. These passes only allow access, not parking inside the grounds.

CASH MACHINE: A cash machine, located in the Pavilion, provided by Sterling Savings Bank, is available August 5 – 10.

CHECK CASHING: The fair office and information booth will not cash checks. Commercial banks are located within one mile of the fairgrounds.

GRANDSTAND SHOW ADMISSION: Major grandstand show events may have additional charges.
