All entries are due to the Building on Sunday, before the Fair, 12 pm to 6 pm.

All entries and awards will be released on Sunday, closing day of the Fair, between 7 p.m. and 9 p.m.

1. Entries are open to registered Camp Fire boys and girls.
2. All entries must have been completed in the last year.
3. Theme project specifics are available from Camp Fire leaders.
4. All entries must be hand-crafted. The only exception will be those items that are decorated on clothing and outfits for dolls. On these items, only the handcraft will be judged.
5. All art work and those items intended for hanging must have proper hanging devices attached.
6. Entries must be neat and clean. Items made at school are acceptable as long as there are no grades or comments on them. If there is a name visible, it must be covered.
7. Items may not have been entered in this fair before.
8. Each item, if large enough, should be tagged with the individual’s name on the bottom or somewhere that it will not be seen by the judges.
9. If the entry is small, fragile, or loose, it must be fastened to a stable base or mount. The base or mounting will not be judged.
10. Late entries will not be accepted.
11. For those entries that are ceremonial gowns, if you do not want them pinned, a dress form of some kind will be accepted for display. The form will not be judged.
12. Entries must be picked up at the above stated release time. The only exceptions are items to be sent to the state fair.

SPECIAL AWARDS

A $5 McDonald’s gift certificate will be awarded to the two Most Outstanding Exhibits in the Camp Fire Department. One will be awarded to the best of the Starflight and Adventure divisions combined. The second will be awarded to the best of the Discovery and Horizon divisions combined.

DIVISIONS:
A. Starflight - Grades K, 1, & 2 (maximum 10 total entries).
B. Adventure - Grades 3, 4, & 5 (maximum 20 total entries).
C. Discovery - Grades 6, 7, & 8 (maximum 20 total entries).
D. Horizon - Grades 9, 10, 11, & 12 (maximum 20 total entries).

Premium Points: Blue 10, Red 8
