1. Exhibits must be in place by 9:30 a.m. on the day the item is exhibited
and must remain in place until the fair closes on that day.
2. Applications for entries are due to the fair office by July 15. All applications
will be acknowledged by August 2, with directions and other necessary information.
3. Exhibitors will earn 20% of the premium points listed for each day the
exhibit is displayed. In lieu of premium checks for the exhibitors, premium
points earned will be exchanged for gate passes and parking passes for exhibitors.
If an exhibitor earns more points than necessary to cover their passes, the
balance of the premiums will be sent to the Antique Farm Engine and Tractor
Association for distribution by that group.
4. All exhibitors must enter the grounds through the designated gate and park
in designated areas.
5. Safety is the responsibility of the exhibitor. Operating equipment must
be roped off from the public.
6. Premium money is relative to the size of equipment as possible and for
the purpose of assisting with the cost of moving exhibits.
